Hug Healing with Diana and Billy Saturday, March 25th 2-3:30pm One of the most ancient o f all healing methods, the hug, will be discussed and practiced. Techniques to better your hugging experience will be proposed and raw chocolate will be served to help you drop into a relaxed state where healing is optimized. Bring friends or come solo, EVERYONE GETS HUGGED!

Maha Savasana with Sweet Serenades Saturday, March 25th 4-6pm¬†Come drown deep with us as we practice the most “essential” of poses for our society. We will explore the art of relaxation as a method to allow present moment focus to flourish. Pranayama (breath work), trataka (fixed gaze), mantra and other varieties of meditation with YES! multiple savasanas may all be a part of this experience to help us develop dharana (concentration) and provide fertile ground for dhyana (meditation) to spontaneously arise.

Pranayama Dharma Yoga with Eileen Sunday, March 26th 4-5:30pm¬†In this monthly class, you will be led through elements of a traditional Dharma hatha-based yoga class ‚Äď always being encouraged to go deeper and experience the practice in a meditative and spiritual way. The class begins with guided Pranayama exercises and ends with shavasana and mantra meditation. Dharma Yoga uses only the best and most efficient techniques with the ultimate goal of Self-Realization (gaining absolute knowledge of the True Self).
